Reorientations is a blog by Annie Weinstock (@Annie_Weinstock) and Walter Hook (@WalterHook) of People-Oriented Cities, with occasional guest posts. People-Oriented Cities seeks to "reorient" cities away from cars and towards people. Our blog provides a series of deep-dive advocacy positions, with an empirical basis, focused on buses, public space, cities, and cities more generally. We have decades of experience with bus service planning, bus network redesign, and Busway and BRT planning and want to bring a more technical focus to the advocacy space. Having worked extensively in the developing world, we sometimes cover urban development issues as well. Visit us: peopleoriented.org
